Business Model Design Workshop (Queenstown)
14 May @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pmFree with Advance Registration
Have you identified a problem to solve or a business concept that you want to pursue? The Business Model Workshop is the best way to get your idea out of your head and written down.
The workshop is a hands-on way to flush out whether you’ve really thought through the idea and identifies gaps that need to be resolved before you dive deep.
This three-hour session helps you (and your co-founders if you have any) evaluate the business model (how you make money, who you sell to, what the product/problem fit is, etc.) and create a viable business model before you invest lots of time and money.
In this workshop, we utilise the Lean Canvas, a globally recognised tool for creating and evaluating business models. You will leave the workshop with a completed canvas and homework that will help you address assumptions and unknowns in your business idea.
Registration: Free with advance registration. $25 for late registration. Seats are limited and advance registration is required. Please use the registration form below to book a spot.
A Foundations Programme workshop
This workshop is part of our Foundations Programme for new businesses. We recommend everyone to complete the 4-workshop series, which gives founders a strong framework for evaluating and testing an idea before going ‘all-in.’
