Run the Numbers Workshop (Queenstown)
2 April @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pmFree with Advance Registration
Do the numbers really work for the business model you’ve created? The Run The Numbers Workshop makes sure you understand critical business finance concepts, remove assumptions from your projections, flush out a budget and get numbers that can achieve positive cash flow.
This two-hour session helps you (and your co-founders if you have any):
- Identify the total addressable market and the scale of your business
- Create a cost-drive budget that looks at capital investment, operating costs, and cost of goods to understand the investment required to get (and stay) operating
- Evaluate potential pricing options and how they affect your ability to achieve profitability
The workshop is not a replacement for professional accounting advice. Participants are encouraged to connect with a licensed accountant to review specific numbers and their unique situation.
Registration: Free with advance registration. $25 for late registration. Seats are limited and advance registration is required. Please use the registration form below to book a spot.
A Foundations Programme workshop
This workshop is part of our Foundations Programme for new businesses. We recommend everyone to complete the 4-workshop series, which gives founders a strong framework for evaluating and testing an idea before going ‘all-in.’
- Business Model Workshop
- Run the Numbers Workshop
- Market Validation Workshop
- Lean Product Workshop
Each workshop is facilitated by an experienced entrepreneur and startup business advisor. It is recommended to take the courses in order, but it is not required. Workshops are offered in Wanaka and Queenstown. Sessions have a limited number of seats to ensure personalised feedback and direction for each participant. Find upcoming Foundations Programme workshops on our event calendar.
Make sure the numbers work.
