On Friday, 1 November, James Burnes, CEO of Startup Queenstown Lakes, presented "Think like a startup" at the Vodafone Innovation Summit 2019.

The event, presented by the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce, is an annual showcase of speakers who push businesses to think and be more innovative.

James presented 5 ways that existing businesses can change the way they think to act more like a startup to move nimbly and be more effective.
