Entrepreneur Speaker Series Session 2 - Another Full House

There was another great Entrepreneur Speaker Series session in Wanaka last Thursday night with panelists Trent Yeo (Ziptrek Ecotours), Ben Calder ( Wherewolf), Tony O'Regan (Wanaka App) and Alex Guichard (Revology) offering some thought provoking answers to questions from the session host Richard Liew (NZ Entrepreneur Magazine) on the topics of 'Sustainability and Information'.  The full house audience (nearly 100) were certainly treated to some pearls of wisdom from the panelists and after the session were able to engage directly with them one on one informally, which was a great opportunity.

There was some great questions from the floor and one in particular struck a chord around unintended positive outcomes that come from some initiatives.  In this particular case a young man from the audience advised Tony O'Regan that he never read the news, until he started reading it online via the Wanaka App.  This illustrates a key point about how different people access information and in addition the challenges associated with businesses messaging their target audiences.
