Here we’ve complied a list of a few places in the Queenstown Lakes that provide shared working spaces.
WANAKA
Architecture + Design Library
Location: 2A Frederick Street, Wanaka
The Architecture + Design Library is a boutique shared workspace in Wanaka. They offer private offices as well as open plan workspace available to hire short term/part time/fulltime. The open plan space also has a comfortable phonebooth for the likes of Zoom-meetings.
There is also a gorgeous client facing meeting room and renovating is underway for a cafe style breakout and informal meeting space. The Architecture + Design Library provides an extensive sample library and has a specific focus on architects, designers, builders, engineers or anyone who works in the construction industry. But, everybody is welcome from all industries.

The Cell Co-Working Space
Location: 34 Anderson Road, Wanaka
The Cell is a co-working office space for start-up entrepreneurs, innovators and professionals, offering all inclusive desk and office space for rent by the half day, day, week or month.
Facilities are available for use 24/7. Expect ultra high speed internet (1GB Upload and Download), state of the art printer/scanner, and document destruction. Lots of windows, and oooh did we mention lambskin seat covers and plenty of parking?
The Cell also provides a dedicatied desk for Not for Profit Organisations and Charitable Trusts. Up to 10 hours of free use is avaliable each week. Some other added bonuses include homemade goodies, koha yoga sessions, monthly lunch outings and a happy hour session!

Bad Company Workspace
Location: The Penthouse, 28 Helwick Street, Wanaka
Bad Company offers an interactive place for those who work remotely but do not want to be confined to their home. It houses a great sense of community with a variety of experts in their field from graphic designers, web developers, e-commerce, marketers and remote workers.
Bad Company offer co-working with other like-minded collaborators, in order to enhance their business’s performance. The Engine Room
